“Karma” is relatively new to the herd. She arrived this spring with “Slash”, another one of the programs horses. Karma is a matriarch and is quiet, calm and fair when interacting with the other horses. She has spent the last several years as a brood mare, and is an excellent mother. Her kind patience extends to how she raises up her foals. Folks often describe her energy as wise and grandmotherly, though she can also be quite a character and spunky when ripping around the farm! Karma is both a participant in the Eire therapy program and she will be used in the Eire breeding program as well. We are expecting a foal from her in Spring 2024, so stay tuned.
